The postpartum season is a time of incredible transformation — physically, emotionally, and mentally. That’s why we’re so excited to introduce our Mom & Baby Stretch + Flow Class — a 50-minute experience designed to nurture both you and your baby during this beautiful (and sometimes challenging) chapter.

A Class Designed for Real Life with a Newborn

This class meets you exactly where you are. Every movement can be done:

  • Holding your baby

  • Baby-wearing

  • Or with your baby resting beside you on the mat

There’s no pressure to “get it perfect.” Babies can feed, fuss, nap, or simply watch — and you’re always welcome to pause, adjust, and move at your own pace. This is your time to care for yourself while staying connected to your little one.
