CoreFit Online Program
The CoreFit Program is a guided online workout program designed to help postpartum women safely heal, reconnect with, and strengthen their core. Whether you are recovering from pregnancy, dealing with diastasis recti, or simply looking to build abdominal strength and improve posture, CoreFit provides a structured and approachable path toward a stronger foundation.
The program consists of 24 workout days that can be completed either 3 times per week over 8 weeks or 2 times per week over 12 weeks, allowing flexibility based on your schedule and recovery needs. Each workout is intentionally designed to prioritize quality of movement over quantity, helping participants focus on proper muscle engagement, breathing, and technique for safe and effective strengthening.
Every workout includes 6 exercises performed for either 1 or 2 minutes each. The exercises are organized into two rounds of 3 exercises, with a 1-minute rest break between rounds. Each round is repeated 3 times, creating a focused and efficient workout that lasts approximately 30–40 minutes.
The program is also structured in day pairs, meaning you will repeat the same circuit for 2 workout days before progressing to the next set of exercises. This approach allows your body time to learn and master movement patterns while gradually building strength, stability, and confidence.
